Saved Home, Work, and custom addresses are encrypted at rest and used strictly for rapid pickup/drop-off routing and emergency dispatch accuracy.

3. Upfront Fares & Rop Points

Every trip displays a locked upfront estimate before dispatch and earns redeemable Rop Points governed by our Refund & SLA Policy.
